We had a dinner at Hob Nob restaurant to celebrate my birthday. The most delicious dinner we’ve ever had! It wasn’t just food, it was an experience. My husband took 7 course menu and I’ve chose cob and oysters and wine! Highly recommend this place, definitely want to come back. Thank you for the whole team!

Beautiful high tea. Very quaint area and beautiful tea room. They acknowledge any celebrations at this establishment by treating you to a glass of sparkling wine. High tea was delicious! I'd recommend clotted cream for the scones other than that it was very special.

We came during the holiday season. The decor made me think of "tasteful Hallmark" vibes. Service was friendly and knowledgeable, and fit the holiday cheer. Most importantly, the food was excellent. Both the steak and the cornish game hen were cooked to perfection (the hen was served with some truly decadent creamy mashed potato). We were so impressed that we looked up who the chef was immediately after lol. We will definitely be back for the food again!!

Enjoyed afternoon tea with a friend this week and it was, by far, the best afternoon tea I have ever had. We ordered the delicious extra cheese course, which made it far too much food to eat at one time, so took the rest home to enjoy later. Extra special mention to the flourless chocolate cake. I will definitely be back!

We wanted a light lunch after a short trail walk in the area, and that’s when we came across HOBNOB. We enjoyed both their hospitality and their food. We’ll definitely come back again when we’re in the area.

amazing overall experience. our waitress was so kind and helpful. my elderflower gin and tonic was not too sweet but just right. the starter of oysters were cold and fresh with the perfect pairs to with it. my main of trout was awesome. very interesting with the sides being overly seasoned and the fish being not seasoned but it was still good! the gnocchi was awesome and saucy and the cashews on top worked well. for my birthday we got a free choice of deserts and i got the carrot cheesecake which was absolutely amazing and i would reccomend it to everyone! awesome experience being here, i would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting NOTL

Lamb shank - incredible meat, comes with croutons/bread which wasn’t 10/10. Beef - very good, potatoes were hashed-style, and they were to die for. Lots of veggies provided. Pear and goji salad - very tasty, nutty, and perfectly sweet. Atmosphere - very antiquated. Not the best vibe unless you are going for something historic. Service - terrific. Very handsome and polite waiter.

An amazing fine dining experience! We made reservations but arrived early after seeing a show at the shaw. They sat us early with no hesitation and gave us time to enjoy a cocktail before bringing over menus. Our party of five chose to do their six course tasting menu, which we were delighted to hear could be accommodated for gluten free for our parents. Each course was delicious, highlighting local ingredients (including honey from the pastry chefs own bees!), and was a true leisurely fine dining experience. Service was excellent; Anna, Jack, and Penelope were attentive and gracious. Their patio is a lovely place to dine.
